Ever since I was young, I felt "skinny fat" – not overweight, but lacking muscle. One day, while looking through a fitness magazine, I decided it was time for a change. I dived into nutrition and exercise research, learning about building muscle and burning fat.

I started small, changing my diet and hitting the gym. The initial weeks were tough, but I persisted. Gradually, I saw changes – my muscles grew, my stomach firmed up. With every improvement, my determination grew.

    BUT, for added accountability, we will have a 1-on-1 coaching calls every week, depending on your program package if you wish to & multiple Live Group Trainings per week.

    Every week, you have the opportunity to speak to us via phone/zoom as well for support in either our group live coaching calls or on a 1-on-1 call depending on the program you signed up to, so feel free to ask us anything.

  • Many things can directly affect the results you see. We can't tell you exactly how your body works or how it will respond to our programming until we’ve worked together for a few months.

    However, if there are no underlying health issues, and you follow our personalized plan, you can expect to lose around 1-2 lbs of belly fat per week if that is your primary goal.

    If you are looking to put on lean muscle, then the process may be a bit slower, averaging around 0.5-1 lb gained per week.

    Everybody’s journey is different. Some may see results straight away some, whereas, others may see results later in the program.
